Our Management Team consists of employees holding Masters´ Degrees from either Greece or abroad and University Graduates specialized in Tourism Business.

 

The majority of the rest of our employees are also graduates from either the Technological Educational Institutes in Greece or other Institutes & Schools _ all specialized in Tourism, Hotel & Hospitality Industry.The relationship between the company and the employees is defined by labor contracts, based on internal rules and regulations.

 

We have permanent employees and the ones with short term labor contacts for the high season according to the company´ s needs.

 

Training & Development of all our employees has been recognized as a very important issue towards the success of Astir Palace Beach Resort as it is proved that well trained and well educated employees offer excellent services leading to guest satisfaction and guest loyalty.
Therefore, our first priority is to create a learning environment throughout the Resort.
For this reason, training is provided to all of our employees to cover existing and future training needs with certain activities in a scheduled and organized way.

 

In particular, we provide Leadership and Management Training and Departmental Training which is a Job Specific Training according to our employees´ specialization and profession. World famous Starwood Training Programs and Standards are implemented internally too such as Six Sigma Training Courses, Brand Training and Service Culture Training.
