According to the articles Nr 275 and Nr 292 of the Athens Stock Exchange‘sRegulation , the Company “ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A “announces tothe investing public the following Schedule of Intended Corporate Actions for theyear 2008:

1. Publishing date of Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year 1/1-31/12/2007:Saturday 29th of March 2008.
2. Date of analysts briefing for the company‘s financial results, regarding the fiscalyear 2007:Monday 19th of May 2008.
3. Date of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:Wednesday 18th of June 2008.
4. The Company will not distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2007.
