ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI SA announces that in compliance with General Meeting of Shareholders’ resolution dated 30-6-2008, it will repay on 25-11-2008 a bond loan with National Bank of Greece whose balance, plus capitalized interest thereon, amounts to: €28,375,000.
The Company received the loan pursuant to General Meeting of Shareholders resolutions dated 25-5-2005 and 12-6-2007.
