Astir Palace Vouliagmeni SA announces that in compliance with Article 2.2(e) of SEC Resolution No 3/347/12-7-2005, and in accordance with the Company’s Board of Directors Decision, Mr Aristotelis Karytinos is appointed as an executive member of the Board and advisor to management, in replacement of Mr Harilaos Tzanetakis, who stays on as a director and non-executive member of the Company’s Board.
